PIC is formed by registered chemist, registered patent and trademark agent with the aim to offer regulatory affairs and intellectual property advice, management and maintenance services. It is further backed by a committed, competent and experienced team who support the operation of the firm.

PIC has 2 major divisions as follow:-

(i) Regulatory Affairs Division:

Regulatory affairs is a profession that help companies to develop, test, produce, register, comply and market their products including pharmaceuticals, health supplements, traditional medicines, cosmetics, medical devices etc. Our regulatory affairs professionals will ensure that these products meet the safety, quality and efficacy standards set by governments to protect public health and well-being. This profession arose from the mutual interest of both governments and companies in providing safe and beneficial products to the public.

This division assists the manufacturers, importers, exporters, wholesalers, retailers of food, drugs, cosmetics and medical devices in product research and development; product compliance, application, registration, importation, exportation; licenses applications, compliance and maintenance; safety, quality and efficacy assessment; post market surveillance procedures.

(ii) Intellectual Property Division:

Intellectual Property (IP) protects rights of the inventors, researchers, brand owners, designers or creators and to ensure the IP owners earn recognition and/or financial benefits from what they invent, design or create.

This division assists the IP owners to protect their IP rights including patent, utility innovation, trade mark, copyright, industrial design, geographical indication etc.
